'Marriage' is a social, religious, spiritual, or legal union of individuals. This union may also be called 'matrimony', while the ceremony
that marks its beginning is usually called a wedding and the married status
created is sometimes called 'wedlock'.

Marriage is an institution in which interpersonal relationships (usually
intimate and sexual) are acknowledged by the state, by religious authority, or
both. It is often viewed as a contract. Civil marriage is the legal concept of
marriage as a governmental institution, in accordance with marriage laws of the
jurisdiction. If recognized by the state, by the religion(s) to which the
parties belong or by society in general, the act of marriage changes the
personal and social status of the individuals who enter into it.

People marry for many reasons, but usually one or more of the following: legal,
social, and economic stability; the formation of a family unit; procreation and
the education and nurturing of children; legitimizing sexual relations; public
declaration of love; or to obtain citizenship.

the marriage ceremony the words, "With all my worldly goods I thee
endow."...'

Marriage may take many forms: for example, a union between one man and one woman
as husband and wife is a monogamous heterosexual marriage; polygamy in which a
person takes more than one spouse is common in some societies.

A marriage is often formalized during a marriage ceremony, name="eleanor1999"> which may be performed either by a religious
officiant, by a secular State authorised officiator, or (in weddings that have
no church or state affiliation) by a trusted friend of the wedding participants.
The act of marriage usually creates normative or legal obligations between the
individuals involved and, in many societies, their extended families.

Article 16 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights declares that "Men and
women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion,
have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights
as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution. Marriage shall be
entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses." The
Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam gives men and women the "right to
marriage" regardless of their race, colour or nationality, but not religion.

How To Get Cheap Car Insurance Online In Mississippi

Congratulations! Getting your car insurance online will save you a ton of money month after month and year after year. But before you simply jump online and find one of those websites that allows you to compare the prices of car insurance policies from a variety of insurance companies there are a few things you need to do first.

To begin with you need to know how to answer some of the questions that you will be asked. Reading this article should help you answer many of the questions in the right way - that is, in the way that will save you the most money.

For example, if it is at all possible for you to park your car in a garage at night you are going to save money.

If you can set it up so that your insurance payment is made automatically every month out of your bank account you will also save money.

Many insurance companies will charge you less if you buy and use a simple steering wheel locking device. Your insurance agent may suggest other simple and low-cost anti-theft measures that can save you even more.

Start carpooling to work every day. Carpooling not only saves gas and wear and tear on your car, but if you can cut the number of miles in half that you normally drive to and from work every month then you will reduce the cost of your car insurance as well.

If you can use public transportation as much as possible and leave your car parked at home half the time, you may be able to qualify for a rather substantial Low Mileage Discount.

If you retire from work let your agent know as this will also reduce the cost of your car insurance.

Young drivers should stay in school and work hard on getting good grades. If you can maintain a "B" grade average - or better - you can save a substantial 5% or more on your insurance costs.

If you are married listing the wife as the primary driver of the vehicle and listing the husband as the secondary driver will save you a substantial amount every month.

Drive legally at all times. It should come as no surprise to you that if you have speeding tickets or other moving violations on your driving record you will not find the cheapest auto insurance.

Don't pay for collision or comprehensive insurance on older vehicles. If your vehicle is so old or so beat-up that it no longer has any Kelly Blue Book value then there is no reason in the world for you to waste another penny on collision or comprehensive insurance.

The more you can afford to pay for your deductible the less you will pay each month for your insurance. Of course you don't want to go overboard and promise to pay a larger deductible than you can actually afford.

And, as we said earlier, buying your car insurance online also saves you money. One of the tricks if you want to save the most money possible is to take the extra time to fill out the form on 3 different websites that compare insurance prices, rather than relying on the results from just one site.

Also you will need to take care that you answer the questions on all 3 websites exactly the same way. By putting in the same answer each time you are comparing the same car insurance policy on all three websites and the results you get will be more valuable and will save you more money.

Once you've made your comparisons on 3 different sites all you need to do is review all the answers and choose the lowest-price. That's all there is to it. Really. That is how you get cheap car insurance online in Mississippi.

Becoming Mortgage-ready

Millions of Americans want to become homeowners. If you're like most people, you don't have the cash available to go out and buy a home; so you'll need to obtain a mortgage in order to buy a house. Getting approved for a home loan can take a little effort, and there are a few things you should understand in order to become mortgage-ready.

If you want to buy a house, you should start by estimating how much money you can afford to spend on your monthly housing payment. Do this by setting up a budget for your family and seeing what is left over after you pay for your bills each month. To better prepare yourself, for a period of one month, keep track of where your money goes each day.

Carry around a small notebook, one that will fit in your pocket or purse; and write down everything you pay for in the course of a day. You just need a description and the total amount spent. Do this for a full month (if you're married have your spouse do the same thing). This will give you a good idea where your money is going and see if there are unnecessary expenses that can be cut down or even eliminated. You'll be able to clearly see your needs and wants from your monthly spending.

Eliminating some of the expenses from your want list will give you some additional money that can be saved towards your down payment. It is recommended that people put down at least 20% of the cost of a home in cash; but there are mortgage programs that allow you to buy without having much of a down payment. Open a new savings account that you will use only for saving towards your down payment; and put as much disposable income into that account as you can each month.

Stop using credit cards- unless you are able to use and pay them off in full every month. If you are carrying a balance on credit cards, focus on paying them off so that more of your money can be placed in your savings account towards your home down payment.

When you have some money saved for your down payment, order your free copy of your credit report. (Everyone is entitled to one per year from each of the major credit bureaus). This will help you see where you stand and whether your credit score is high enough to qualify for a home loan. It will also give you an idea of what type of interest rate you can expect to pay- the higher your credit score the better your interest rate. If there are any mistakes, take time to correct them now and ensure they are fixed on the report before applying for a mortgage. Having current delinquent accounts will make it difficult to get approved for a mortgage, as will having any accounts in charge-off/collections status. You may have to use your savings to get rid of any negative accounts or prolong your application for a mortgage until you get these things straightened out.

The good news is, if you spend several months preparing yourself to become mortgage-ready, chances are you'll have learned some very valuable budgeting and financial skills that will help you when you do finally become a home owner.
