'‘Alī ibn Abī Ṭālib' (, 13th Rajab, 24 BH–21st
Ramaḍān, 40 AH; approximately March 17 599 or 600–January 27 661) was the cousin and son-in-
law of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, who ruled over the Rashidun empire from 656
to 661. Sunni Muslims consider ʿAlī as the fourth and final [[Rashidun]]
(Rightly Guided Caliph) while Shī‘a Muslims regard Ali as the first Imam and
consider him and his descendants as the rightful successors to Muhammad, all of
which are members of the [[Ahl al-Bayt]], the household of Muhammad. This
disagreement split the Muslim community into the Sunni and Shī‘a
branches.

Some sources record that ʿAlī was the only person born in the Kaaba sanctuary
in Mecca, the holiest place in Islam. His father was Abu Talib ibn ‘Abd al-
Muttalib and his mother was Fatima bint Asad but he was
raised in the household of Muhammad, who himself was raised by Abu Talib,
Muhammad's uncle. When Muhammad reported receiving a divine revelation, ʿAlī
was among the first to accept his message, dedicating his life to the cause of
Islam. name="Iranica"/>

ʿAlī migrated to Medina shortly after Muhammad. There Muhammad told Ali that
he had been ordered by God to give his daughter, Fatimah, to Ali in
marriage. For the ten years that Muhammad led the
community in Medina, ʿAlī was extremely active in his service, leading parties
of warriors on battles, and carrying messages and orders. Ali took part in
almost all the battles fought in defense of the early Muslim community.

ʿAlī was appointed caliph by Muhammad's companions in Medina after the
assassination of the third caliph, Uthman Ibn Affan.See:

He encountered defiance and civil war (First Fitna) during his reign.
In 661, Ali was attacked while praying in the mosque of Kufa, dying a few days
later.See:

In Muslim culture, ʿAlī is respected for his knowledge, belief, honesty,
unbending devotion to Islam, deep loyalty to Muhammad, equal treatment of all
Muslims and generosity in forgiving his defeated enemies, and therefore is
central to mystical traditions in Islam such as Sufism. ʿAlī retains his
stature as an authority on Qur'anic exegesis, Islamic jurisprudence and
religious thought. name="firstfourcaliphs"/> Ali holds a high position in almost all Sufi orders
which trace their lineage through him to Muhammad. ʿAlī's influence has thus
continued throughout Islamic history.

Diet And Be Healthy-4Things To Know

Diet And Be Healthy-4 Things To Know

Just about everyone who wants to lose
weight looks for ways to diet and be healthy with little knowledge of what they
are looking for only that they want to lose weight fast.  There are four
things to know when starting any diet plan that are easy and fun once you get
into your routine.  You need to find a plan and stick to it.  Dont
go off and try multiple plans at the same time, you will become confused and
off track with what your initial goal was in the beginning.

First of all lets go through a few diets
that dont work and why.   Low fat diets are in foods in supermarkets
everywhere.  These foods have great advertising on them about how fat free
or low fat they are, however, they are typically calorie free and will actually
put weight on, not take it off.  You need calories in your diet for energy
throughout the day and your body needs energy in order to lose weight.
Everyone needs a certain amount of fat in their diet but we are talking about
the good fats, the polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats are good fats.
Saturated fats such as in fast foods, deep fried foods, potato chips,
etc. are bad fats.  Shop smart and
buy nutritious foods.

If you want to diet and be healthy,
stay away from the low-carb diets as well.  They will deprive you body from
the good foods your body needs for a balance.  They are too strict and you
will usually end up with headaches, you will be irritable and wont be able to
sleep well.  Good rest is something a person needs not only for daily
activities but for weight loss too.  The right diet plan will even burn
the calories off while your resting, bet you didnt know that did you?

Thinking that starving yourself will
take the weight off is not a very smart thought though some people have
lost weight by starving themselves but other complications set in their bodies
and the weight always comes back.  Your body needs a balance of healthy
saturated fat free foods, other nutrients such as fruits and veggies for
vitamins, and water.  Always drink plenty of water.  You should eat
more frequently during the day with smaller portions and stop eating several
hours before bedtime.

You need to think about, if you are not
already doing it, a good exercise plan.  The body needs to get that cardio
up to burn some of the fat.  Walking at your lunch break for thirty
minutes a day is a good place to start.  With a
good diet program there should be some type of physical
activity that they will recommend for the balance needed to take off the weight
and keep it off.  If you already have an exercise plan, stay with it and
implement a good diet with it.

So, to diet and be healthy-four things
to know are:

Start with a good diet plan, (only one), eat right with choice
foods, more often during the day. Stop eating several hours before you go to
bed.

Drink plenty of water throughout the
day.

Exercise with a recommended physical
activity from the
program.

Get your rest.  You will be amazed
with
the right program you will even be
able to burn calories off while resting.

So have fun, eat right, diet and
be healthy for life.

Real Work At Home Jobs - 10 Simple Thoughts To Getting Started

First things first, let me start by telling you what I think the term real work at home jobs means.  I am at home working at my real job, which is just happens to be creating my own business. You can define it any way you like, but I do have a "real work at home job", and I call it my business.  In most instances, when you find something that claims to be a work at home job, more than likely, you are being pointed in the direction of starting your own business.  it just takes some work to get going, but you will find out the rewards are great and it's much more satisfying than working for someone else.

It really is easy to get started.  I have been working at home for a while now, and I am not going to claim that I am a millionaire, because I am not, not yet anyways. I do hope to get there someday.  Here are a few things I learned along the way that may help you get started.

1) Do not expect to get rich overnight, this will not happen unless you win the lottery.

2) If you want to make$1000/day you can, but have realistic expectations, it's not going to happen on your first day.

3) You can find legitimate work at home jobs, you just have to do some research first.

4) Real work at home jobs do exist, but you would make far more money by starting your own online business because then it would not feel like a job.

5) Read, read, and read some more.  This is very important. You can never learn to much new information and things are always changing.

6) Do not try to reinvent the wheel. Learn from others what they already know and you will get there much faster.  Forums are a great place for help.

7) Your going to need to set goals, without these you are sure to fail.

8) Connecting with others who are doing the same thing as you, this will be very helpful to your new business.

9) Just believe in yourself, and you will succeed. You will quickly overcome your fears when you see that first sale.

10) Do not let others discourage you and tell you that  you are wasting your time.  They are wrong, or maybe jealous.  They fear that you are going to be more successful than they are.  And you will be.

You are responsible for your own destiny and only you can control where it will take you in the years to come.  You can find real work at home jobs. You may start out thinking it is a job too, but if you like what your doing it hardly seems like work, right? If you are interested then go for it. It's never too late to go after your dreams and become a success, The only thing holding you back.....is you. That is what I concluded about myself, and once I realized that, I was able to move forward......towards my dreams, to a happier life doing what I enjoy from the comfort of my own home.

Do not spend your whole life wondering "what if?".  Take the next step to becoming free. You will feel so good the day you walk into work and fire your boss.  Join me, and many others who are enjoying the benefits of working at home.  Here is how I got started, visit Real Work At Home Jobs and see for yourself.

Please give your self a chance Real Work At Home Jobs are available online.
